This brand new and modern property has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Feel free to take a dip in our gorgeous shared pool and relax in the courtyard. Inside you will find a cozy bed that will welcome you after a full day in the sun and a whole night of entertainment. Make yourself breakfast in the perfect little kitchen or head out for a quick 3 minute walk to one of Puerto Rico’s most famous bakeries, Kasalta. Spend the day at the beautiful Ocean Park beach which is a quick 5 minute walk. Once you are ready to come back for dinner, head out to Calle Loiza, which is a culinary hot spot and nightlife center.

- Regarding Cancellations : Based on our current cancellation policy, you are able to cancel up to 24 hours ahead of your check-in day for a full refund of nightly rate, cleaning fee, and taxes with the exception of Airbnb service fees. We cannot provide a refund for Airbnb fees. By completing the reservation during this COVID period you are agreeing that local laws and executive orders may change on very short notice and that we will need to comply with any requests made by the local government.
