This is an enchanting retreat located on six acres and surrounded on two sides by the Deerfield River.
There are two buildings in the estate, Nottingham and Friar Tuck.
Nottingham has a long winding driveway that leads to a sprawling lodge with several separate living areas. The grounds are like a spacious park by the river and even a tennis court in the summer.
The property offers walking trails, a stone covered beach and seating by the river. It is a delightful place to relax.
