Entering this amazing villa on ground level via its covered carport, you're greeted by a spacious and comfortably furnished open plan kitchen, dining and living room, featuring dark-stained solid wood furniture, vibrant tropical print seating and neutral toned ceramic tile throughout.
The modern kitchen has black granite countertops, elegant built-in cabinetry and is fully-equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, hob and microwave and fridge/freezer. At entrance level is a guest cloakroom.
The dining and living area has a wall of full length glass doors which open out to a sunny private terrace with plunge pool.
At first floor level are two double bedrooms with Brazilian Cherry hardwood flooring, four poster beds, fitted cupboards, overhead fans, A/C and ensuite bathrooms with shower and bidet. The bedroom at the front of the property has double doors leading on to a large balcony with lovely views over Rodney Bay and the Caribbean Sea.
On the upper floor is a spacious Master Suite with Brazilian Cherry hardwood floor, four-poster bed, large walk-in closet, A/C, overhead fan and ensuite bathroom with shower and double vanity. Glass doors open on to another private balcony with the Villa’s most stunning views.i
