We have just renovated 4 studios on the same floor, accessible by elevator or stairs, ideal for larger groups who want to stay together but separate. Everything is brand new; floors, walls, bathrooms, kitchenettes & furniture. All have independent AC units (heating/cooling), hot water, walk-in shower rooms with WC, sink & heated towel rails, comfortable furniture and beds. Kitchenettes have mini fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, plates, glasses etc. No oven/hobs

We are strategically located right in the city centre and business district of Nicosia so there is a lot to do within a short walking distance. Our apartments have access to two streets, Stasikratous street which has recently been fully renovated and is now one of the loveliest areas of the city and Makarios avenue which is now under renovation to match the new look of the city centre.
You will find an abundance of coffee shops, bars and restaurants all around us. Hairdressers, barbers, nail salons, Spas and other types of health and beauty centres are also within easy reach. Being downtown makes it easier to shop for yourself or for gifts; within walking distance you will find an array of options on clothing, shoes, cosmetics, jewellery, toys etc. The MAS Green Tree Supermarket is just 1 km away on a straight line from the main traffic lights.
Nicosia is split into the old and new parts; the two are divided by the ancient Venetian walls. Eleftheria square, a Zaha Hadid project, is the place where the old and the new connect and it's only an eight minute walk from the Angel suites. Pass through the square and experience the old town with traditional taverns, street vendors, craftsmen and much more.
