The apartment is furnished with an entire collection of vintage objects, from the typewriter to an antique clock, old photos and much more.

Please note there is an active historic train line nearby which can be loud at times. Earplugs and white noise machines are provided if desired.
Local residents must obtain prior approval before instant booking. Quiet Hours are 10PM-7AM.
Please be courteous to the neighbors by keeping noise low and keeping the house and its surrounding clean. We also have a early check-in and late check-out fee of $20 for 1 hour, $50 for 2 hours, and $90 for 3 hours.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for smoking of any kind. If we detect a smoke odor during or after your stay, you will be fined a minimum of $250.00. We do utilize our local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you will be asked to vacate at your own expense.
