Are you looking for a lower budget accommodation in a very high-end mansion? If so this is the place for you ! Your room features a queen 12” memory foam mattress on an upholstered bed with antique Italian furniture with a desk a smart TV a space heater and an extra fan. Plenty of parking in the event you’re bringing a trailer or a boat with access to water if you need to flush the motor or clean one of your toys off. Very secure home in a very safe neighborhood book with confidence.

The bathroom features a double vanity marble sink with stand up faucets. The flooring is Italian matte marble. Bathtub / shower with new filtered water shower head. Two large towel racks and a window in case you need fresh air.
Kitchen
Our kitchen features a very rare blue granite stone which you have to see to believe. All of the appliances in the kitchen are brand new top shelf stainless steel appliances. Gas stove and oven microwave are available for use. All dishes and cookware are color-coded so you don’t have to worry about sharing any utensils or dishes with other guests. New stainless steel dishwasher in the event you want to sterilize your dishes while you’re staying. Plenty of cups forks and accessories you need to cook a gourmet meal during your stay. Filtered water available from the fridge.
Dining room
Our dining room features a handcarved Italian dining table with Italian stitched upholstery seating that is gold. Dine in style while you stay.
Laundry room
Our laundry room features commercial grade washer and dryer. Wash and dry your items very quickly and efficiently with this new technology we have installed in our home for our guests.
Parking
Parking on the left side of the house has four available slots one of which is a long slot made for a boat U-Haul trailer etc.
Safety & Security
Our house features ring google nest cameras as well as CO2 and smoke detectors throughout the home. We also have a fire extinguisher if needed.
Living room
The living room features a handmade Italian white leather couch with a beautiful custom granite table that sits in front of a 65 inch LG oled smart TV with cable.
Entry into our home is a very simple process you can come and go as you please.
Hvac
A brand new HVAC system was installed this year so rest assured whether you’re hot or cold our HVAC system is performing at a high-level.
Pets
If you want to bring a pet it’s not a big deal we just have a $100 pet cleaning fee
Other options

Long term stays
Any stay that is 7 or more consecutive days we consider a long term stay. If you’re a long term guest we are not responsible for cleaning your living space or common areas that you might using and getting dirty. If you want your room cleaned the standard cleaning rate will apply. If you need fresh bedding you can wash your bedding in the laundry room or for a $10 fee we will have our on site cleaning staff switch out your bedding for you. Please be aware you’re sharing this space and you must clean up after yourself. Every guest has a different level of clean they want so please keep our home clean.
