On the intercoastal of Ft.Lauderdale. Close to public transportation, Airport, downtown, beach & the Wilton Manor night life. The suite has been completely remodeled. It is fully furnished including a kitchen with utensils and appliances. Closet and a private bathroom. Full access to all luxuries in the backyard including a bar , kitchen, pool, and lounging area. This is a shared pool and only for use for you and your 1 guest. Clothing may be optional. 2 Kayaks are provided. NO PARTIES

The guest suite is private with your entrance to the property and your room. (No shared living space). You will have an outdoor area and you may use the shared pool area as well. The suite has LED dimming lights throughout the room and a built-in USB charging station. Also a 43” Smart TV with over 200 channels and casting capability from your smartphone. The bathroom includes towels and beach towels as well as all toiletries you may need. The kitchen includes a coffee maker with coffee, cream snd sugar, tea kettle, and tea, toaster oven, blender, pots, pans, and most cooking utensils you may need. Microwave and a double cooktop burner. Dish soap and cleaning sponge and paper towels will be provided. The suite also has a walk-in closet with storage for your luggage. Also an iron and ironing board and a hairdryer.
The Pool Area
The pool Is located at the property on the intercoastal of Florida. The pool area is private but shared with me. It has a beautiful waterfall and a deep end about 7 feet deep. The backyard is very tropical with many trees for privacy. You can use all the lounging areas and chairs. Please make sure you cover back up when not using. This is an adult resort and clothing optional. The pool is heated in the winter months and used all year round. You can use the outdoor kitchen and grill and bar. NO GLASS is allowed in the pool area. Plastic dishes and cups provide. You can use the two kayaks at your own risk. A waiver must be signed before you can take them out. life jackets are provided and highly recommended to be used at all times. You will be provided two beach towels for your stay. There is an outdoor TV, as well as a Bose, surround sound system. The pool area is open 24/7 but the lights shut off at 11:30 PM. If using the pool in the late hours please be respectful of the noise.

Please make sure that when lowering the Murphy Bed that you pull the legs down prior to setting bed on the ground. This can be done with one person but always better with two if possible. The Wi-Fi connection works on the entire property when using the Long Range WiFi (LR)

You are close to the airport, (FLL) Fort Lauderdale beach, and the Wilton Manor nightlife. Las Olas and downtown Fort Lauderdale. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. There is a Publix grocery store about 1 mile away.

I will be available via text, phone for a quicker response. Please note, I will get back to you as soon as possible if needed during a reasonable time of day.
