Located just a 1/4 mile from Interstate 275 makes for a quick 5 minute drive to beautiful downtown St. Petersburg. Downtown Tampa and International airport are around 25 minutes. All of our west coast beaches are around 20 minutes away, where you can enjoy the beautiful water, restaurants, and sunsets.

We know our neighbors very well and they are all very nice. Each side does have big dogs, and if you bring a dog we ask you keep them on a leash if outside is all. We do have an outside kitty as well that is very friendly!
