Located near downtown Nashville. A 6 minute uber ride to the legendary Broadway. Welcome to my Music City apartment, Take some time to experience amazing music, high energy and great food. All the modern amentites you could dream of and more right here. I want all to enjoy this gorgeous space.

Building Rules
Please understand that this building has a strict, NO WARNINGS GIVEN, rule policy with applicable fines. Fines are charged immediately to us as the unit owners and will then be passed down accordingly if an offense occurs. Security and building staff are monitoring at all times. (Not our rules…. Theirs. Sorry!)
1. Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on premises including balconies, pool area, courtyard, sky deck, and so forth – $500.00 fine per occurrence and legal notice.
2. No glass of any kind by the pool - $500.00 fine per occurrence and prohibited from returning to the pool area.
3. Building quiet hours – 10:00pm CT – 8:00amCT $200.00 fine per noise complaint occurrence during this time.
4. Pool/courtyard hours are 9:00am-9:00pm CT – Fine of $100.00 per person if caught in this area after hours.
5. Pets – no pets of any kind allowed in the apartment. If noticed the building will fine $500.00 since my unit is not registered as having a pet on premises.
6. Lost or unreturned parking pass - $300.00 to replace
7. Lost or unreturned key fob - $200.00 to replace
8. Any car parked outside of the gate in the garage area will be booted and fined $50.00
9. Extra guests that we were not made aware of in the apartment $100.00 per person. As agreed to in the listing, there are no parties allowed in the apartment or common areas.
