This condo is our family's 'Happy Place.'. You will find the amenities excellent. Our condo is decorated light and airy. The appliances, beds, and furniture are all less then 5 years old. The prior remodel was 9 yrs ago, and the unit remains in great shape and is kept immaculately clean at all times.

Once you are at Tropical Hideaway you will not want to leave! You will find the kitchen well stocked with all the basics you need. Included are pots, pans, stemware, toaster, coffee maker and coffee, crockpot, blender, griddle, and air popcorn maker. There are laundry facilities on the property are coin operated, so please bring laundry detergent and softener. The best grocery shopping is at HEB in Marbles Falls - a new huge facility that offers curb side pickup for orders placed online.

We are The St. Pierre Family! We LOVE the outdoors and we love water! We live in Georgetown, TX and this lake condo is our little slice of heaven that we’d love to share with you!

You will have access to the entire condo (except 2 owner's closets). Please use the covered parking spot for unit 724. All grounds and facilities are for your use including several gas and charcoal grills. Please note the association rules of wearing wrist bands. These are provided in the condo.
Other things to note
You will have one covered parking spot. Other items to make your planning and stay more comfortable include 2 hair dryers, iron and ironing board, and 4 beach towels. Please bring additional for your guest. Laundry is available in building 6, coin operated - please bring your own detergent and softener.
