This modern studio is located on the 2nd Floor, Unit 4A. Drake Plaza was built in 2005 as a commercial building with offices on each floor. In 2014-15, the 2nd and 3rd floors were converted for residential use. While there is insulation, the units are not soundproof.

A pond that sits on the north side of the building, with a nice sidewalk wrapping all the way around. This is great for stretching your legs after a long days travel. The sunsets are great to watch while out around the pond.
