One of only two homes on the property that are completely stand alone (all others are connected like townhouses), so your yard is entirely private, and the house stands alongside a beautiful desert to one side, ocean on the other, and the beautiful Sierra Mountains behind.
The downstairs has a living room equipped with a flatscreen Smart TV + Netflix/Roku. Wifi is available throughout the house and yard, which has just recently been upgraded (May 2021). A washer + dryer (and all washing powders dryer sheets needed) are available in the house should you need to do washing during your trip. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need, coffee maker, four burner gas stove, oven, toaster, blender, microwave etc.
There is a full downstairs bathroom with vanity, toilet and shower. The first bedroom which is equipped with a brand new super comfy queen sized bed, is light- bright and airy, and also has its own entrance onto the patio and yard area. This room also has a desk area, beautiful luxurious linen, and a floor to ceiling wooden wardrobes for lots of storage and space.
Upstairs boasts a very spacious master bedroom with its own two patios off the front and side of the room. A brand new and incredible comfortable queen size bed, with luxurious linen with guarantee a good nights sleep. A large floor to ceiling wardrobe with plenty of storage as well as hanging racks are available. The en suite bathroom has a good sized walk in shower, vanity and toilet. And surf, beach, and sunset views off the side deck (equipped with a little succulent garden and lounge chairs).
The third deck (to the side of the house) is beautiful for watching the sunset. The forth and final outdoor living area (are you sick of all the options so far..?!?) is the top deck (third level) that has beautiful view of the ocean, desert, to and the mountains! It is stunning and a great place for a sundowner, or rooftop yoga/ meditation.
The property has 24 hour security, without feeling boxed in like a gated community. For your use there is a pool (with a waterfall) and hot tub, as well as an amazing wood-fired restaurant right on the property.
The bi-lingual staff is incredibly helpful, and keep the grounds of the property tidy and luscious! If you’re looking for a place to relax, unwind, have some peace and take a deep breath this is your spot! Parking is a plenty, and patrolled day + night. The property has incredible flora and greenery all amongst it, like an oasis in the desert.
We are within easy walking distance of the famous Cerritos Beach, great surfing and swimming here. Also some great restaurants are a few steps away; including Barracuda Cantina (as seen on Netflix's "Taco Chronicles" Episode "Pescado"), With the beach only a 5-10 minute walk from your front door, there is so much to explore and enjoy just steps away!
Check in is between 3pm-10pm. And check out is by 10am. If I don’t have a booking back to back and I happy to be flexible on these times :) Please message me in advance if you would like to have an early check in or late check out and I will try my best to accommodate :)

*Please note, due to an influx in development snd people moving to the area (due to COVID) there may be construction within earshot. This is pretty much everywhere you will find in our area in southern Baja, but I just wanted you to know! There is nothing being built next door, but there is a place being built down the road.
