Supermarket in front of the building, pharmacies at a block of distance, door to door laundry (external, charges by the weight) The Building has elevator and a gorgeous rooftop garden terrace where you can also work from there, get tan, enjoy the volcano view.

Cleaning Policies
After each stay the loft is disinfected and fumigated. Also, between stays we allow ourselves to have between 2 or more days without guests. So the apartment you are entering to is completely safe.
At your check out we will send you the instructions for you to leave the place and make it safer to manage to our cleaning staff.
The building also has biosafety procedures, alcohol is displayed on every communal area. Mandatory use of mask outside your loft and alcohol gel at the entrance of the building and elevator. The building is constantly being cleaned and disinfected, and is only available for residents.
