Perfectly located private, 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom apartment, ideal for visitors to the Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral area. Ground floor unit, less than a 5 minute walk across the street to the beach, and just a few more minutes and you’ll hit the Cocoa Beach Pier. Also within walking distance are plenty of fun restaurants and bars, beaches, surf shops- including RonJons Surf Shop only about a mile away!
Located right near SR520- You are about 40 min or less away from the Orlando area.

This unit has a very cozy, beachy vibe that we hope our guests from all over will love!
For outdoor fun, (the best thing about Cocoa Beach), we have an outdoor tennis court just behind the unit, and of course, you are a stones throw from the local beach access.
The bedroom offers one queen sized bed which can comfortably sleep two people. The big comfy couch in the living room is suitable for an additional guest or two. The bedroom also contains a dresser and closet for plenty of storage space, as well as a large mirror.
Tv is equipped with a Firestick device, you are welcome to use our 'BnB' guest Netflix log-in. (There are no cable tv channels.)
Bathroom has a tub/shower, and in the linen closet we provide a hair dryer, clothes iron, spare towels, linens, etc.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking.
There is a laundry room on site.

In the midst of COVID-19, we are aware of many changes of routines as well as local regulations. We are taking even further precautions than usual in ensuring this home is thoroughly cleaned and properly sanitized.
For anyone interested or looking for multiple rooms or units for large and/ or split parties, this listing can be booked a long with another nearly identical unit in the same complex, only a few doors away. - If so, look for "Coastal Living Across From The Cocoa Beach Pier." I love traveling and hosting from all over the world! My favorite trips are for surfing, hiking, snowboarding- or anything outdoorsy! Very water oriented being located here in the Cocoa Beach, Fl area. I Love to Surf! - So much so that I own my own surf school here locally!
