Downstairs is the kitchen, dining, cosy tv room, laundry and QS bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs is a spacious living room, balcony (with ocean glimpses) king size master bedroom with semi-en-suite, and single bedroom with private balcony. A single carport adjoins, with the option of extra single vehicle parking verge-side.

Marlston Beach Townhouse is perfectly located for those seeking a quiet relaxing getaway. The kitchen amenities include a cooktop, oven and microwave with utensils to cook at home. An extra vehicle can be parked verge-side but there is not space for towed vehicles such as vans or boats. With neighbours close-by this location is not suitable to those wanting to celebrate loud and long. Here you can lock the car for the duration of your stay and walk to the many restaurants, cafes, beaches and shops on offer in Bunbury. Two outstanding golf courses are under 15 minutes drive, with the Ferguson Valley wineries and restaurants just a few minutes further. Bunbury’s dual walk and cycle ways are extensive. A 7km door-to-door walk around Koombana Inlet is a must do experience....sightings of dolphins are likely but not guaranteed.

There aren’t many places in the world where within an easy 15 minute walk you can; swim in surf or calm waters, hang out with dolphins, sunbathe, play tennis, paddle board, cycle for miles on cycleways, attend yoga classes, go to the movies, eat at great cafes and restaurants, wander an art gallery, bird watch in mangroves or sit back and watch the tug boats at work.
