Being next door to the clubhouse, the SKI SHUTTLE is right there and first floor living is such a plus! You are only 5 minutes from the ski lodge and golfing and only 1/2 mile from the free municipal hill for sledding/tubing! Bring a sled or tube and enjoy at no cost.
Because we are newly updated, expect a comfortable, cozy experience! Our ski loft will provide you everything you need for a night or a full week on Beech Mountain, a four seasons resort destination.

YOU WILL BE TREATED LIKE AN OWNER DURING YOUR STAY! We have made sure our guests have full access to every amenity owners have access to! Including the multi-million dollar clubhouse!
FREE AMENITIES: Indoor heated pool, hot tub, ping pong, pool table, corn-hole, mini golf, tennis, disc golf, grilling and picnic areas, shuffleboard, outdoor gas fire gazebo, playground, rooftop deck, sauna and fitness center/gym!
PLUS you have your own private washer/dryer (which comes in handy after a hard day on the slopes or mountain biking), a wood-burning fireplace to cozy up next to, a Keurig, fully-stocked kitchen and unlimited WIFI, cable TV and HBO :)
And there is a municipal sledding hill on Beech, just bring a tube or sled (or rent one nearby)!

Beech Mountain has a 5000+ elevation and 4x4 or chains are highly recommended during the winter months for both safety and accessibility.
Sorry, our building is pet free :(
Due to Covid, we can no longer provide shared kitchen items like oils, salt and pepper, so please pack accordingly!
In winter months it is recommended to have chains for your front tires, buy them on Amazon for $50 , they turn my jetta into a tank! If you don't use them, return them! You may need them in snow and ice to be safe anywhere in the Blue Ridge Mountains!

We chose this gated Mountain Top Resort like neighborhood because it is a four seasons resort destination with everything on top of the highest community east of the Mississippi :)
Restaurants and a brewery close for an evening cocktail, there is a general store for groceries, gifts and supplies, plenty of restaurants to choose from and there is a municipal sledding hill on Beech, just bring a tube or sled (or rent one nearby)! 10 minutes to Banner Elk with fabulous dining selections.

I am a single mother of two college age girls. I am an Adventurer, Rock Climber, Master Diver, Hiker and Waterall Junkie. I have hiked to over 700 waterfalls in North Carolina and climbed many peaks.
