Situated on the outskirts of the peaceful village of Calonge, in the north-eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 35 km south-east from Girona, 105 km north-east from Barcelona. In the surrounding areas 3-5km you will find St Antoni de Calonge, Palamos. Please note: car recommended.
Supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, attractions. Golf courses (5-10km away). Sports harbour 7 km, riding stable 12 km. Nearby attractions: Waterpark 7 km.
Castle and town hall date from 11th century. In July/August there is a classical music festival at the castle.
In summer there are water restrictions in some urbanisations.
