approx. 85 m2 apartment with two bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room. From the beginning of June 2021, a beach building with a log wood-heated beach sauna and a living cabib with the possibility of sleeping on a double sofa bed will also be in use. In the yard there is also an outbuilding with a sleeping barn for two, ie in the summer of 2021 beds for a total of 10 people. NOTE! the system allows for booking for 10 people, but until the end of May 2021, accommodation for only six people.
The living room has a fireplace with a heating oven, a 65" TV, two bluetooth speakers and a great view of the lake. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge etc. Inside an electrically heated sauna with an IKI pillar heater, a bathroom with a rain shower. Also equipped with a washing machine and drying cabinet.
During the winter and spring of 2021, a sauna construction site will be visible on the beach, and in the yard area e.g. building materials, but no construction activity during your rental period. Due to the construction of the beach sauna, pier, etc., the site is CLOSED in April 2021 until the beginning of May and on weekdays in May. In May, weekends possible to rent
Large terraces outdoors. In the summer of 2021, the covered terrace will be glazed. You can enjoy both the sunsets and the starry sky on the big jacuzzi on the sauna terrace. There is also a fireplace, gas grill and smoker outside. Use of the jacuzzi is included in the price.
Possible to rent year-round, underfloor heating is handled by an air-to-water heat pump
Minimum rental normally 2 days. NOTE. Seasonal minimum periods (New Year booked, Easter 1-5 / 4, May Day reserved, Midsummer fest 24-27 / 6, WRC Rally Finland 29 / 7-1 / 8, December 23-26.2021, New Year 30/12 - 2/1 )
Free of use a rowing boat with life jackets, various yard games and possible to play Disk Golf. In the summer of 2021, can be rented separately e.g. SUP boards, battery-powered boat motor and MTB:s, ask for more and book in advance. Two pair of snowshoes available for the winter.
Please note that bed linens are not included in the rent. Bed linen and towels 10 euros / person. Ordered from the host well in advance of arrival and paid on arrival (cash or Mobile Pay)
