Welcome to our little farmhouse nook! Our little apartment is nestled among our hay fields on our working crop farm. We are just a 15 minute drive from Penn State University and about 10 minutes to State College, PA.
You will have this living space completely to yourself. Enjoy the big yard, and a nice picnic area complete with a swing set for our little guests. Occasionally we will be working out the drive at our hay/ equipment shed or making the hay from the surrounding fields.
Basic complimentary breakfast items will be available for your enjoyment. The kitchen is stocked with basic utensils and cookware.
You are welcome to use the washer and dryer at no additional cost. You are also welcome to use the laundry detergent and dryer sheets. However, if there isn’t any there you will need to provide your own.
We also have a 3rd bedroom that has a set of single mattress bunk beds. This is available, upon request, at no additional cost.
Upon your arrival you will find a welcome book with basic information. Take a moment to look through that. Our hope is that this space can be a spot of rest and relaxation for all who enter. Please let us know if you have any questions before or during your stay!

The entire space upstairs is yours! If you do not specify that you need the 3rd bedroom (single mattress bunk beds) we will keep that door locked, making it one less space we need to deep clean after every use. The garage bays on ground level will more than likely be locked. Because this area has personal items stored there, we ask that you do not enter that space.

I will forward the lock box code and any other pertinent information to you the day before your arrival. There is also a welcome book that has instructions for the apartment, suggested places to eat, visit and stores that will meet your basic needs. We encourage you to take a moment to look through that shortly after your arrival.
