Looking for early risers off to work or here for our beautiful outdoors! Of course, if you just need a night to rest along your journey, you are welcome and will sleep well here. Asking for women only please.
My cozy, quiet & clean 2 bedroom condo is close to both the I-25 and I-225 freeways and our famous hiking trails. 35 min by car from Denver Airport, 20 min to downtown and 12 min to DTC.
I teach online in the early a.m., but so far it hasn't been an issue for guests.

Your cozy room has a window overlooking huge pine trees on a small lawn and the parking lot where you can see your car. There is also a bike rack. The bathroom is immediately next to your room and as well as the washer and dryer. The living room and kitchen are open and there is a deck where we often do yoga. It faces the West and while we cannot see the mountains, we do have very beautiful colors at sunset.

There's an alarm with control access from your phone. I will send the link and personal code. You will need to download the app.
It's a small condo, but we are like roommates, so you have access to everything - kitchen, bathroom, deck, living room. Feel free to use the living Room and deck space for a workout or yoga you will need your own mat, I need a new one and I need to buy extra 1 for guests, eventually.

This location is within driving distance to many places, but even if you don't have transportation, the bus goes nearby and I can show you the easiest routes to get where you want to go.

Since there is more private ownership and even though many are rental properties, people seem to be more reserved and responsible here than in the typical apartment complex. It is somewhat diverse and a nice mix of elderly retirees, couples, single and 2 parent families and neighbors who check up on each other. The kids are occasionally loud outside, but it is always at appropriate times and levels and to me is a comforting sound in these difficult times

But I do love to hear about where you are from and what is happening with you, at least one good conversation. If you need some help with directions or travel options, I can help a bit with ideas and maybe a lift somewhere if you come without a car. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk from my door.
