Home was built in 1916 and the bottom level has been remodeled to a super cute apartment. Location is in mid-town Rapid City and is within walking distance to downtown and some really great restaurants, shopping, bars, and Main Street Square. If you need any recommendations, I would love to suggest some of our favorites.

One thing to be aware of is the potential for noise from the renters in the apartment above. If they are home, you WILL hear them.

Guest have access to the entire apartment which is bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room. A small front porch is available to guests as well.

The apartment is a bottom floor dwelling with our long-term tenants living above. Our long-term tenants are not night owls but you WILL be able to hear them when they are home.
