Welcome to our bright and sunny farmhouse cottage nestled amongst the beautiful oak trees on our 3 acre, fully fenced property which is located 10 min from Spring Branch, at the gateway to the Texas Hill Country.
The string lights, BBQ and fire pit, air-conditioning, and heating make for a cozy stay, so bring your s'mores and enjoy gazing at the stars!

Our 160 square foot cottage has a full bathroom with a shower, toilet and wash basin, double futon couch / bed. A flat screen TV is mounted on the wall and there is wireless internet. Finally, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate making facilities are available paired with homemade cookies on arrival. The fire pit is framed by the arch of an old oak tree laden with string lights. A few wooden deck chairs with cushions set the scene for a perfect night under the stars.

We are strictly a non smoking property. No smoking in the cabin or on our property at all. We welcome all pets as long as they are friendly to people and other dogs, there is an additional charge of $10 if you are bringing pets to help cover the cost of extra cleaning :)

Our home is conveniently located between the historic towns of Fredericksburg, Wimberley, and Boerne. The hill country, and its wine, are at your finger tips. There is a great local country bakery in Blanco that makes the most amazing southern style sweet pies which vary with the seasons only 12 min away and the spectacular Guadeloupe national park is a short 30 min drive.

The cottage has a separate entrance from the main house. Our two friendly dogs roam the property so please let us know if you wish to bring your pet.
