If you are on holidays, it should feel like a holiday! Just walk over the sand dunes to a pristine beach on Middleton Bay. Listen to the sound of the sea from this modern and spacious open plan Villa. The Middleton Bay Beach Villa is quiet, secluded yet a short drive or walk from the action! Relaxing, fully equipped, newly renovated, comfortably appointed, located in the Albany Golf Course. A cycle/walk track at the rear of villa runs from at Middleton beach to Emu point.

Middleton Bay Beach Villa is number 2 , Dillon Close. It is a three bedroom villa walking distance to the beach. In a quiet location, in the middle of a golf course. It is the prefect villa to enjoy a quiet holiday filled with local activities yet close to all amenities.
The main room has a queen bed with ensuite. Ensuite has toilet and shower. There is a built in wardrobe for all you needs. Block out curtains .
The second bedroom is a large bedroom with two single beds. Can be a kids bedroom or for adults. It has a built in wardrobe which has games in. This room has a few toys for kids and a TV with DVD’s player. Plenty of floor room to play or spread out. Portable cot ( bedding for cot not supplied) and high chair available on request.
The third bedroom also a queen bed. Secluded in the back of villa it has outdoor access to the courtyard. Block out curtains have been fitted.
There is a family bathroom has a shower with a separate bath. There is a separate toilet between the laundry and family bathroom which is great when sharing a house. The laundry has washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. There is also a washing line in the courtyard.
The main lounge, dinning and kitchen is open plan.
The lounge consist of a 2 seater and 3 seater lounge. TV, DVD and CD player. There is a six seater dining table with extra 3 bar stools at kitchen bench area.
In the kitchen there is an electric oven and cook too. Large Fridge with freezer. Coffee machine with coffee grinder to start you day. There is also coffee plunger and tea pots available. Popcorn machine for movie nights or a snack. Microwave and fully equipped kitchen.
The courtyard has six seater outdoor table and a webberQ style BBQ for BBQ nights.
There is aircon for heating and cooling and extra blankets. All linen and towels are supplied and professionally laundered. Local Mt Romance Sandal wood shampoo, conditioner and shower gel supplied with soap.
Just installed security doors on front and back doors so can feel secure when letting in sea breeze.
Wifi available.

Full access to entire villa, courtyard and one parking bay. There are extra guest parking available plus boat trailer parking in close proximity.

Bike path , walk way between beach and villa close ride to Emu Point and Middleton Beach and cafes if you wish to bring bikes.
Also close to local golf course. If a golf fan bring clubs and spend time on driving range.

Short or bike ride via bike/walk pathway to Emu Point. emu point cafe is a great kid friendly beach with playgrounds. Very pretty beach. Emu point cafe is excellent for breakfast or lunch. Squid shack around the corner is excellent fish and chips at the boat marina. The Kalgan queen departs there for a boat tour up the Kalgan river. And there are heaps of friendly pelicans.
Or go the other way to Middleton beach. Albany main beach has cafe and big pirate ship playground. There are plenty of choices here for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The Bay Merchants is a popular coffee venue. Next door Rats Bar is a great local wine bar. Hybla tavern has local beers and wines with a venue overlooking the beach. Three Anchors is a cafe right next to playground and has takeaway facilities.
The Albany golf course is right next door to the villa and does Friday night dinners for $15 and you can go as a guest and use their bar facilities. Or have a hit of golf.
Albany is full of wonderful activities like the Anzac museum or the Gap. The villa is a short drive to the CDB . Here there is many places to eat or get takeaway. Recommended Joes Joes pizza!
