Come and book out our whole camp for a rustic and intimate self catering safari stay on a 'Big 5' game reserve in the beautiful Eastern Cape, just 1 hour from Port Elizabeth. Game drives, wilderness walks and other activities available to book. Quatermain's 1920's Safari Camp is a 3 star graded safari destination that aims to transport it's guests back to the heyday of safari. Comfort is provided in authentic wall tents, with the modern convenience of an en suite bathroom.

We love to transport our guests back to a simpler time; a time where they can enjoy nature and switch off from the modern world. To this end, the camp is totally off grid, with no mains electricity or wifi. Included in the camp are 3 tents, each sleeping 2 persons, a thatched kitchen, boma with braai and fire pit, and thatched lapa for dining and socialising.

The camp sleeps 6, but 2 extra mattresses are also available for use if necessary. The game reserve charges a conservation levy of R70 per person, per night which is payable in cash during your stay.
