Nestled on the boarder of Bay of Plenty and Coromandel there are stunning views of the Kaimai Ranges and some ocean views from upstairs.
You get to have this large 300m square home with two lounges, large dining and kitchen that flows out to an entertainers deck to enjoy. If you come over summer expect to the have option to pick some fresh tomatoes and lettuce from the garden.
Trampoline and toys for the kids with a two seater kayak just waiting for you to use.
All tides boat ramp just down the road will lead you out to Bowentown and Matakana Island or out to the stunning islands for some of NZs fantastic fishing. The local point has a small bush walk around it with a jetty to drop a line in, we often catch kahawai, parori, and piper off the jetty.
