New wicker cabinets with crystalline granite on top with LED underlay. Dual door stainless steel refrigerator with large freezer drawer built in filtered water 💦 for our guests. Plenty of dishes cookware and silver ware so you can cook gourmet meals like you’re in the comfort of your own home. Gas stove has 4 burners and a grill top.
Queen room
Our queen room features a 12” memory foam mattress on a RossDorf park queen bed that has drawers a very nice bed set and a very large smart TV. Closet space has plenty of room for clothes shoes and luggage bags.
King room
Our king room features a 12” memory foam mattress on a hand built wooden / iron bed that has drawers a very nice bed set and a very large smart TV. Closet space has plenty of room for clothes shoes and luggage bags.
Bathroom
Our bathroom has a tall toilet a brand new a custom granite vanity with a glass whale sink A large white tub with polished porcelain tile that goes to the ceiling. A frosted glass window provides nice lighting while you are showering or taking a bath.
Laundry room
Our laundry room is typically for long-term guests only but short term guests can pay a fee to utilize our laundry room. It features a brand new washer and dryer tide pods and dryer sheets.
Backyard
Our backyard has a cute patio with a 16 x 20 sunshade and furniture for a relaxing space to enjoy the outside.
Location
This house is 15 to 20 minutes away from Destin 10 minutes away from the Boardwalk on Okaloosa Island 5 to 10 minutes to either Air Force Base and close to all shops like Publix Walmart Home Depot etc......
Variances
There is a mother-in-law suite in the rear of the home that is rented as a private entrance home and very rarely will those guests ever come into the main house. If you are concerned about social distancing we can schedule a time where they will come in when you were not there so they aren’t bothering you and of course the area will be clean and sterilized once they’re done using it.
