Comfortable beach front house for couples, or a family with up to 2 children. Santa Rosa in Punta Negra has two great waves, and San Bartolo is at walking distance. This is not a house for people that want to party, but to have a chill time in a beach that despite of being close to Lima, is usually quite empty. Dolphins and seabirds, fishermen, are the main visitors to this beach.

The house has a terrace with a dining table and a couch, also a little corner table to see the waves. It also has a kitchen integrated with the living room. The main room has a queen bed and a king bed, and a bathroom. There is an outside shower that is perfect after surf sessions.
