Hi, my name is Anna, I am 29 years old.
I live in Barcelona, but I love the Costa Brava and travelling around the world.
I am a graduate in Audiovisual Communication, I like cinema and art in general.
Currently I work in the family cleaning service company, Món Net i Verd, S.L., for which I have enough flexible hours to be able to receive personally all my dear guests.
The apartments are owned by my mother and mine, we started renting one and about three years ago we bought the second one.
Currently, the cleaning company RS Neteges Blanes is helping us in the management of the apartments, they are in charge of cleaning and preparing the apartment for the entry of new guests, and Alba, a friend who lives very close, in Blanes, and sometimes she helps me receiving the guests because she speaks perfect English and French.
Our goal is to offer our guests a home and not a simple apartment, so we strive to equip it with everything a family may need, we have cribs, children's mattresses, sheets for cots, high chairs, baby tools, toys, games , etc.
Every year, for the months of January and February we paint the apartments, maybe when you get the walls are a different color from the pictures, we like to improve and surprise our guests.
Every year we repair the damages and buy new things, if you repeat you will see that there are new sheets, different towels, different Nordic covers, paintings and new decoration elements.
In the long run our dream would be to be able to dedicate ourselves exclusively to this.
I love traveling and I feel that Airbnb is a way to travel and meet people from the couch at home.
I make an effort because my tenants enjoy and I always recommend places to enjoy their stay better. I am open to suggestions and changes, all to improve the stay of those people with whom I share my home.
