The Ikea king size bed is large and comfey
The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and small grill to fry some eggs and bacon. We provide coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, muffins, butter and a basket with water and of snacks.
You are welcome to use the laundry room on the property. And the yard and front patio are always accessible.
We consider small pets (under 6 lbs) on a case by case basis. Just ask!
Roku TV and fast WiFi for your entertainment and convenience.
We use only scent-free and hypo-allergenic cleaning products. No artificially scented laundry detergent or no air fresheners used -- ever!
Finally, if you have special needs, just let us know!.

Our neighborhood in Gentilly, the Indian Village, is a very safe, quiet and established neighborhood. We have a strong community watch and the best neighbors ever! This is an old neighborhood with lots of trees, birds and friendly, helpful people.
There is a coffee shop a block away that makes their own pastries each day. The Baptist Theological Seminary is across the street. Walmart, Walgreens and the famous Gentilly Spicy Kitchen are within walking distance.

You can, however, opt for complete privacy. In non-COVID 19 times, we will greet you, make sure you are set. After than you probably won't see us again. It's up to you!
