There is plenty of room to park your cars and boats. The house is set up for families to have a great time! The kitchen is well stocked with all the appliances and gadgets needed to cook large meals for your group. There is a STRICT 8 guest limit at this home.

While rattlesnakes are rare in the area, they do exist. Bull snakes are much more common. They look similar to a rattler, but with no rattles. Please use caution with your family and your pets.
STICKERS:
If you’ve never been to rural Nebraska, you might not be aware there are stickers everywhere. There are two different types of stickers. Goatheads and a smaller variety. We continually try to control them with sprays, burning, etc. People should wear shoes when walking around the yard and when heading to the beach, but they shouldn’t wear shoes into the house, as the stickers will come with them. Once on the beach, you’ll be fine. Dogs have a very difficult time with the stickers.
