With all the concerns surrounding COVID-19, we want to provide some peace of mind. T
he safety and comfort of our guests is paramount. We are reinforcing our safety measures to ensure your protection when lodging with us.
Here’s how:
*We rigorously sanitize our properties before and after every guests’ visit. *We thoroughly disinfect all surfaces, handles, knobs, switches, remotes, drawers, etc.
*You’ll bypass crowded hotel lobbies/ front desk areas, as we promptly escort you to your unit.
*You can prepare meals during your stay, or opt for food delivery services, thus avoiding crowded restaurants.
*You can comfortably reside indoors as desired; we provide High speed wifi and streaming services including Netflix and Hulu for your entertainment.
I have my office in Santa Monica, therefore the address is in Santa Monica - however the apartment is in Venice/Maria Del Rey.
Brand new 3 bedroom 3 bath beautifully decorated Triplex. All the 3 bedrooms have a queen-size bed and are pretty big. Bright and spacious living room with a flat TV screen and wifi (The fastest Internet you can have in the area).
The dining area has a beautiful table that can sit up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully loaded with great dinnerware, cookware, appliances (toaster, mixer, coffee machine...) fridge, dishwasher, microwave..
The washer and Dryer are in the unit and we have all products at your disposition detergent softener. BUT the best Asset of this Unit is, of course, the Balcony, you get the most astonishing, stunning view of LA from Venice Beach to Santa Monica Beverly Hills Hollywood downtown 180 degrees it is just Breathtaking.
The apartment is very spacious and airy, has a Central A/C.
Ideal for a family, a couple on a romantic getaway, or business travelers. The complex has a swimming pool.
Late check-in fee $30 after 9pm and $50 after 11pm.
No Smoking of ANY KIND in the unit/ balcony/ ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY
No Parties or Events, as a consequence police will be called everyone will be out from the apartment.
Check-in time is 3pm - 2am (fees apply after 9pm) There will be a $100 lock out fee.
No Extra/ Overnight Guests No Mail Delivered here (unless personally arranged with me ahead of time)
No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified)
No Access to the Leasing Office or Property Management (We as the hosts are responsible for all of your needs during your stay) No unplugging of the electronics like Tvs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks etc No Pre-Check in Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee) No Pets No one under 21 years of age WITHOUT HOST PERMISSION No Disrespecting/ disturbing neighbors
No loud noise or music past 10 pm 11 am is LATEST Check out *We reserve the right to keep your full security deposit if any of the above rules are broken* - You will be asked to show a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation, otherwise we reserve the right not to check you in. - NO third party bookings allowed, unless agreed upon in writing at least 48 hours in advance by me as the host. - DONT USE TOWELS TO CLEAN MAKE UP OR SPILLS!! There are paper towels in the kitchen/ Make-up Remover in bathrooms -We provide a “starter kit” with toiletries and supplies for a short stay, but then guests are expected to purchase additional supplies for the rest of their trip.
**PLEASE NOTE: Late Check Out fees: $75 for every 30 min after 11 am.
**Fee for losing/ Not returning the keys/ fobs/ garage opener(s)/ Parking Pass (When applicable) is $300
