The neighborhood is increadibly friendly and diverse, many students and retired folks make their homes here, and you will likely see several sitting on their porch or walking their dogs. One block north is Turner Park, a great place to go for a short run or play with your kids. You can see historic Roger's High School from the front steps (right next to the park) its beautiful archetecture harkens to Tulsa's rich history, and was the site of several scenes from the classic book "The Outsiders."
