Newly remodeled basement. Living room, dining area, bathroom, laundry room, big bedroom. The entire basement is yours. Separate entrance but there is no dividing door between upstairs & downstairs.
Convenient location to ski resorts, 10+ restaurants, Walmart, Lowes, public train, and I-15 freeway.
*The shower has a lower ceiling. If you are over 6', you might get pretty close to the ceiling.
*On the weekends, we will do some basic housekeeping cleaning excluding the bedroom.
