Since 20 years I live in the Tongariro National Park with my family. My husband Callum is a local, I am from the Netherlands. We are passionate about this area and all that there is to see and do. This is the most beautiful spot of the North Island and cannot be missed. Just make sure you always bring warm clothes and good quality rain gear so nothing can stop you from exploring this beautiful area. We are happy to help you with any queries or organising activities for you.
We have 2 children, Abel (13) and Edana (10). If you also have young kids then our children will be more than happy to take them for a play or an explore around Discovery.
Our dog Holly loves children and is a real foody. Please don't feed her even when she puts the puppy eyes on you :)
