Beautiful natural light and an open living, renovated kitchen, dining lounge greet you as you pass through the huge terrace and enter this hidden gem. Situated on the boarder of Mt Lawley close to the train station and minutes from the river. A Mexican feel oozes from your three light filled large arch windows adorning the living area. Queen bedroom with large built in wardrobes, twin room for the family and a fantastic outdoor European style terrace to relax on with a cold beverage at dusk. Dinner for 4 at the table or take a more informal seat at the breakfast bar. Close to the City surrounded by trendy bars cafes and restaurants.

Nothing was a bother and Delma went out of her way, literally, to help me furnish a house and find a gardener to quickly bring the property into the Air BnB realm. The transformation was remarkable. Delma listened carefully to the task at hand and responded with enthusiasm, a knowledgeable plan and “kept me in the communication loop” which I really valued.
