Away from busy life and traffic, TimurBay Seafront Residences Kuantan is a relaxing & quietly place for friend and family gathering with stunning view of Balok Beach.
Our cosy suite is located next to Swiss Garden Residences on Sg Karang Beach. Our suite can fit 4 to 5 persons comfortably. Our suite has a great sea view to rise up to every morning with crashing waves. Studio is fully furnished with a cozy and homey set up and interior, with easy access to various facilities provided for tenants and in-house guests.

- 1 queen bedroom (2 pax), 1 single bedroom(1 pax), and sofa bed (2 pax)

Other things to note
Here is some house rules we implemented in our unit to ensure you get a better experience and hygienic.
- No smoking in the unit (smoking is allowed at the balcony).
- After swimming, please dry yourself first before entering to building & unit to avoid anyone slipping.
- Please keep your voice down after 10pm as there might be babies trying sleep next door.
- Kindly ensure you close all doors, switch off the power of all electronics equipments before leaving (except for refrigerator).
CLEANING IN LIGHT OF COVID-19
- To ensure the health and safety of our guests, we assure you we:
- Disinfect the room thoroughly with bleach and anti-bacterial cleaning products before check in.
*Please ensure you have a face mask upon entering and exiting the building. This is for your own safety, as well as the safety of the people in the building.
