i am an easy going person who use airbnb since 10 years when I travel too. ...i live in my rented flat with my 12years old sohn and sub-rent it sometimes occasionally.... i leave the place very clean and put on the side my personal belongings, you ll get clean bedsheets & towels in a all normal way, i ll stay at your disposition for the keys, information, tips for the city. Flats are expensive to rent in Basel i am not charging much more of what i am paying myself.
