Nice and quiet street. 1-2 miles away from great restaurants on south Grand, Carondelet Park, YMCA, SLU Hospital, Cardinal Glendon Hospital, Grocery store and coffee shop. Short drive to downtown. Off street parking available. Smart TV’s, usb outlets, new appliances and laundry. Close proximity to Hwy 55. Keyless entry. I am local and available if something is needed. This is a 2 story brick duplex. There are long term tenants on the first floor. The 2nd floor will be your rental space. You will have shared space in the basement. Both occupants will temporarily share the washer and dryer until further notice.

Guest will have front door access (keyless entry) as well as side door access if requested. There is a detached 2 car garage behind the house. AirBNB tenants and myself will be the only ones that have access to the garage. An overhead door remote will be provided upon request. The occupant will be given access to one parking space.

I was born and raised in south St. Louis most of my life. I resided on 38th St for 8 years on the first floor. I had great neighbors during my stay. The neighborhood is constantly changing and very diverse. 38th St is located in south St. Louis just west of the intersection of south Grand and Meremac. Ted Drew's frozen custard has a second location just one block south on Grand . A great place to go for dessert. There are many local and international restaurants within 5 miles on south Grand. There's easy access to Carondelet Park and Tower Grove Park. There's a Schnucks, Aldi, Walgreen's, CVS, Starbuck's, Quick Trip, Qdoba, Subway, Little Caesars and others less than 5 miles away. Everything is pretty close. This is a great place to experience city life at the hive.
