Beautiful Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, Arkansas has everything you could want in a lake vacation! This home is on the water in a very pristine and quiet, yet active and fun, inlet. Although the setting is peaceful and forested, amenities and shopping are only a short drive away.
Bring your family, and another family or friends to this 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom getaway. NO SMOKING or ANY kind, nor vaping, inside nor outside. Smokers do not book.

The house is newly remodeled with wood grain tile floors throughout. It is very nicely appointed with high end furniture and décor. Special touches abound, such as the luxurious master bath solarium jetted tub overlooking the forest and lake, and the bunk room with twinkling lighted boxwood wall. The custom built 8 person dining table with lake view is a great spot to gather, along with the huge sectional couch in the family room.
Note that the fourth bedroom is a bunk room and is accessible through a main walk-out bedroom. This is great for families with children.

SMOKERS ARE NOT ALLOWED. WE HAVE A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR SMOKING. IT IS NOT PERMITTED INSIDE NOR OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY AND WE CAN NOT HAVE GUESTS THAT SMELL LIKE SMOKE. THERE ARE SMOKE DETECTORS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. IF WE DETECT SMOKING, YOU WILL BE TOLD TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY.

The house is on a secluded circular drive with no through traffic. It is a beautiful area with forest and deer aplenty. The lake location can't be beat, being on a semi-private inlet harbor where you can swim and play to your hearts desire.
