It features two double beds, one of them in a gorgeous attic with handrail in case children sleep there.
Fully-equipped loft, a pleasant stay guaranteed. All 100% new, newly redecorated.
Cook as if you were at home, or relax in its spacious shower.
Sets of sheets and winter quilt, shower gel and shampoo, as well as towels included.
Moreover, it has a Chill Out terrace so you can sunbathe or relax drinking a beer.
In short, as if you were at home ;-)

The apartment is completely NEW because it's an old building (1918) but it was fully redecorated in 2014, respecting some of the original looks of the building, like its high ceilings, exposed wooden beams... SUPER COOL LOFT! DESIGN!
P/S: We will give you a map and dossier with a range of information about the city, apartment surroundings, pharmacies, medical facilities, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. All very handy.
We have high chair and crib for traveling; we rent them at 20 Euros both and you can use them during your entire stay.

Restaurants of all types, coffee shops and bookshops where events are held every week, showrooms, newly opened theater hall, bars, nightclubs.
Apart from vintage stores, artist workshops with direct sale and art galleries, the outdoor terraces are always full of young people who have just found out where the most interesting neighborhood of Valencia is.
