Reconnect with nature in this restored “boera” loft-style farmhouse in the outskirts of Alaior, with vernacular architectural details but with all the modern commodities. With many spaces to relax, it's perfect for a family or a group of friends.

Our countryside home, "S'Olivera", is an old farmhouse that has been tastefully renovated while maintaining its original charm. It is the perfect retreat from a busy lifestyle. It has five different terraces and spaces to chat, enjoy meals under the shade and just relax overlooking the countryside (there's even a hammock).
The main home has two bedrooms with queen beds and a closet in each, with a completely new bathroom in a common space between these rooms. The sofa bed is in the living room of the main house. The third bedroom, The Suite, has a queen bed and is accessed only from the outside. It has its own bathroom and is completely independent.

· New kitchen with dishwasher and oven
· Kitchen with large terrace for eating outside
· A 20 minute walk from Alaior, a quaint little town
· Fireplace & chill out area

I'm Ona, originally from Menorca (Spain) I grew up partly in New York City. After meeting my husband in Barcelona -- where I lived for ten years -- we now call Chicago our home, where we live with our young daughter.
