This is a 1 bedroom with 1 bath condo. Modern kitchen, Vermont style living space, and country style bedroom with king bed. A Murphy bed in the living room sleeps 2.
It is slope side off the Plaza Slope with a large wrap-around deck, offering a beautiful view of the Bromley slopes and trails from Magic Mountain and Stratton in the distance.
Fully equipped kitchen with Kureig coffee machine, French press, blender, microwave, cooking range, fridge, a table for 4 and living room with sectional sofa and a brick wood-burning fireplace to relax.

Guests will have the entire condo together with a ski locker at the base of the building.

Please understand that due to sever allergies in our family, NO PETS of any kind and size would be authorized in the apartment (even assisted animals).
NO SHOES INSIDE THE UNIT please. You won’t be able to enjoy the heated floor.
NO EXTRA GUEST IS AUTHORIZED. This place is for 4 persons only.
Reminder. Before you vacant the unit, please make sure to:
- Run the dishwasher on "pots" with everything that needs to be cleaned.
- Take the trash out to the shed at the back of the parking lot. Put all trash in a tidy bag and put it in one of the barrels. Lock the shed correctly. BEARS love to come and go through the trash if they can smell food (lol).

A Day in Saratoga Springs, New York is less than an hour away to enjoy thoroughbred racing, the Philadelphia Orchestra or New York City Ballet depending on the month of choice.
Close to the nation's oldest and Monster Alpine Slide is the country's longest at a full 2/3 of a mile! Water raft slide at region's largest fun Park. Close to Art Festivals, Horse & Antique Car Shows.
Also a 24' "real-rock" Climbing Wall and 456' of wild water "rafting" on the regions only water ride.
