Welcoming home, fully furnished, equipped for you to feel like home. Conveniently located in about 1.5 miles to Deerfield beach so about a 5 min drive or about 10 min bike ride. Our home accommodates up to 6 people. Cozy fenced in backyard with a beautiful hottub, daybed, outdoor couch and tv and grill.

THE HOUSE: 1.5 miles to the beach where you will find our famous fishing pier, oceanfront restaurants with live music, boat rentals, surf lessons, paddle board rentals etc. A few blocks away from Deerfield Aquatic center where you can access swimming pools, tennis courts etc. Less than 1/2 mile away from restaurants, Starbucks, Dunkin donuts, Publix, Fitness and about 15 minutes away from Whole foods, golf courses, movie theaters, about a 6 minutes drive to Mizner in Boca Raton.
The 2 bed 2 bath home has a circular driveway to park your car and is fully equipped to accommodate up to 6 people and we can also provide a pack n play for your 7th guest. The main bedroom has a king size bed and a in suite bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and you can have a pack n play as well. The couch is a queen size sofa bed with a memory foam mattress that accommodates 2 people.
Master bathroom has a shower no tub and but the second bathroom has a bathtub. We have a body wash/shampoo/conditioner dispenser, hand soap and of course toilet paper.
Living room is open layout with a 70 inch flat screen smart TV with Netflix account, and all the apps you need so you can log in with your own account + fast complimentary wifi, game boards under the tv and also an USB plug charging station in the kitchen for apple phones.
Kitchen has everything to prepare a meal. We have a regular coffee machine (we provide coffee/cream/sugar) and we have a regular nespresso machine (we provide a few capsules so feel free to bring your own capsules. We do provide dish soap, a few dishwasher pods, garbage bags and one paper towel that will get you through a day or two.
We do have a small space in the laundry room where you could work or study remotely and can close the door for privacy as well.(please see pictures).
Our backyard is totally fenced in with a brand new beautiful hottub where you can relax in our daybed or sit outside watch some tv and enjoy the weather or play some games. We also have a grill so you are welcome to use it. We do not keep extra gas tanks but if you run out of propane just get a refill and send me the receipt I will be happy to refund you.
Washer/dryer available as well we do provide a few laundry pods, 4 beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, toys for the beach and pool and 2 adult bikes available in the garage.
PETS: We do not accept cats due to allergies but we do consider dogs up to 25 pounds but you need to disclose when booking since I will be adding an extra $150 fee for extra cleaning. No dogs are allowed without my consent and you will need to agree that you won’t allow them to sleep in our beds and if they do go on the couch you will need to cover a specific area for the dog. If you ever leave the house the dog has to be in a crate and under no circumstances you will take the dog to the backyard for potty or let the dog in the pool. Please be considerate and respectful towards all of our guests.
IMPORTANT: This is not a party house. I am very strict on this. You will be charged an extra $500 fine if you think it is ok to do so.

We are a family of 4 who love to travel and also share our house. We have visited quite a few countries and we are big hockey and soccer fans. I hope you enjoy our house in Deerfield beach as much as we do:)
