5 min away from the beach and the shops, in a calm and protected domain of 5 villas, Monte Rotondo villa, beautiful villa with AC and non overviewed, will offer you a splendid view on the bush as well as Monte Cinto, Monte Rotondo and Monte Renoso massifs, and allow you to take full advantage of a pleasant stay on this wonderful island.
Within the five-hectares secure and wooded Olmeta domain, with fitness room, massage room and reception room freely accessible, this superb 110 sq. m contemporary villa, on two levels, includes:
- a nice and partly shady terrace with a 5x3m salt-water swimming-pool (without chemicals), summer kitchen with plancha-grill and sun decks,
- a large living room with TV,
- a perfectly-equipped open-plan kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hotplates),
- a sunny balcony,
- a master suite with a queen-size bed (160 cm), Italian shower, twin vanity sinks and safe,
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a bedroom with two single beds,
- a bathroom with an Italian shower,
- a laundry with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment,
- separate toilets,
- high chair and baby bed (on demand), hairdryer,
- Wi-Fi and AC.
