Borrow one of the two provided kayaks (complete with paddles and life jackets) and drop into the water right off your dock for a day on the lake.

When you're not out on the lake, head to the tasting room at Perissos Vineyard and Winery, just under 10 miles away through the town of Kingsland. Enjoy a round of golf at Legends Golf Course, seven-and-a-half miles away, or walk among the stalagmites at Longhorn Cavern State Park, only 12 miles from the home. And for the ultimate day trips, head down to Austin where there's always fun to be had. Whether you're visiting to check out the world-famous music scene, to take part in a number of festivals and other city-wide events including South by Southwest, the Austin Film Festival, and Fun Fun Fun Fest, there's always something exciting happening in Austin, just 70 miles from your front door.
