No smoking in our condo or common areas. Absolutely no more than six guests at any time. Building does not allow pets.

The private balcony is on the 2nd floor of our unit so technically it could be considered the 7th floor of the building. One bedroom and one bathroom on the 1st level, two bedrooms and one bathroom on the 2nd level. Building does not allow for washer dryers in units but there are coin operated washers and dryers on every floor.
Located in the infinitely walkable Sunset Beach neighborhood, walking distance from several bars and restaurants.
