Enjoy the amazing views in this custom cottage half a mile to the shops and restaurants in Chimney Rock village. We are 5 minutes from Lake Lure beach and Marina and 30 minutes to Asheville and Black Mountain. Visit one of the many breweries or a local vineyard. Chimney Rock State Park is just down the road and numerous great hiking trails are in the area. There is nothing better than the view of the Hickory Nut Falls waterfall from the private hot tub in the backyard!

The upper level of our cottage features a gourmet kitchen, dining area and family room with upscale furnishings and a wood burning stone fireplace. There are 3 private bedrooms, the master is on the main level with a king bed and en suite bathroom, double sinks and shower. There is an additional half bath on this level. The rear deck has comfortable seating and a double hammock with fabulous waterfall views!
The lower level has 2 additional bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen, a full bath with tub and an additional family room with large screen tv and a bar with a beverage frig. The back patio features a new hot tub with stereo, hammock swing and fire pit. Large Fenced yard for your furry family member to play in.

Our neighborhood is gated and hilly but the road is paved and access is easy, no need for four wheel drive.

Chimney Rock is a small village next to Lake Lure. We love it here!! Close to Asheville and all of the galleries, restaurants and breweries! Enjoy a day at the Biltmore, the Lake Lure beach, hiking, or at a local vineyard.
