While there is no wi-fi , fridge or charging outlets in the cabin our bathroom and laundry area does provide a space for this with a large fridge for all cabin guests.
We have two private outdoor hot baths for an amazing soak under the stars or watch the sun set over the mountains with a glass of wine- perfection! $20 per bath (two people can fit snugly into one).
Manapouri is a quiet small village at the entrance to the Fiordland National Park. It is located on the eastern shore of New Zealand’s most beautiful lake: Lake Manapouri. With its laid back character and population of around 400, it’s a great alternative to the busy tourist spots in the surrounding areas, like Te Anau, which is only 15 minutes drive north. Pearl harbour in Manapouri is the departure point for all Doubtful Sound trips and several of the Great Walks in Fiordland. The local town has a couple of pubs and cafes. A general store and a petrol station. The closest supermarket, chemist and medical centre is 15 minutes drive away in Te Anau
