A gated community apartment with 2 beds 2 baths roommate style on the 1st floor in the medical center with a backyard. Perfect for month to month stays, just send a request and we can workout fair pricing. Both rooms are separated by the common areas, so you’ll have privacy. The room offers a queen sized adjustable bed, personal dresser and walk in closet, a microwave and mini fridge, a desk for work, chair for relaxing/reading, and a 50 inch TV with Roku includes Hulu, Prime Video and Showtime.

Guest are welcome to use all the common area spaces, such as the kitchen, living room and we have a small office area. We have a air printer available as well. Just connect to the WiFi and print. There’s also a nice sized yard you can enjoy with chairs to relax and take in the fresh air. Children welcome, if crib is needed you must bring your own. There’s room for one in the room. Message me regarding possible pets and we can discuss before hand. Thank you.

Guest can use the community pool which is open until 10 PM daily, but it’s limited to listed guest. There is also a 24 hour gym, if you’d like to use it just let me know and I can give you my access card. Thank you.

There is a personal bathroom, it’s right across from your room just not attached. However, we do not use that rest room. Also we do have pets that shed, I try my hardest to fight back with vacuuming and dusting, but if you have allergies please be cautious with booking.

We’re two college students that work full time. Mykel is a Pre-Nursing major and Natalia is an English major. We have been in a relationship for two years now. We have two energetic dogs that love people, but they stay in our room for majority of the day, apart from potty breaks of course! If you would like to meet them we are happy to introduce you to them. Natalia loves reading, watching films and writing. Mykel enjoys decorating, gaming, cooking and all things basketball and football related. Being full time students and full time employees, we are not around for a lot of the day, other than to stop by for short intervals throughout the day to take care of the dogs. However, if you should need us, we are available for you to contact any time. We both love having conversations and are always happy to spend our free time sharing our knowledge of the city, fun things to do around town or any topic in general, so please don’t hesitate to ask!
