This 1930's charming beach bungalow is the perfect location for all your vacation needs! We're located in the heart of Clearwater Beach! Just steps away from the Gulf of Mexico, best restaurants, bars and shops!
-Our lovely upstairs bungalow includes 1 bed; 1 bathroom; streaming TV services, Wi-Fi, and full kitchenette.
-Weekly or monthly stays are welcomed!

One of the best and convenient aspect of our home, Guest are within walking distance to all major necessities! Delectable restaurants, exciting nightlife and convenient stores! Last but not least, the ocean breeze is just steps away to watch the beautiful sunset to end your day or start your night!
To name a few, Guest can enjoy places such as all 3 Frenchy’s locations, delicious Marina Cantina, and Clear Sky Cafe! For your convenience, there’s a CVS a minute away from the front door!
Clearwater Recreation Center is minutes away with access to a pool as well! (The pool will be re-open in March!)

Guest will have no restriction or curfews, 24-hour access to free on-site parking as well as washer and dryer on premise. A key will be provided at check-in.

EARLY CHECK-IN
- We can try our best but can only guarantee 3:00 PM. If our schedule permits, we can grant an earlier check-in. Please reach out to us in advance!
LATE CHECK-OUT
- Need an extra hour to sleep or more time? If our schedule permits, we can have it arrange but please reach out to us in advance as we need to reschedule our Housekeeping and as well fees may apply!
ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES
-If you’re coming to Clearwater for the nightlife, you’ve picked a great city to do so! Though we’re sure it won’t come to it but serious complaints of unruly behavior will, unfortunately; result in you being asked to leave. We've created our home as a place for your getaway and we want you to enjoy the entire length of your visit.
-We have a no smoking policy in our homes! You're more than welcome to smoke outside in designated areas. We kindly ask to be courteous and dispose of cigarette waste accordingly, not in the yard or plants.
-We kindly ask to be courteous to our neighbors, please limit sound level between the hours of 11 PM and 8AM. A gentle reminder will be given for a first offense. You may be asked to leave without refund of any kind for the second.
-We ask that you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement. In the event that you want additional guests to stay, please contact us to let us know. We'll do our best to accommodate whenever is possible.
-What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when staying at our place we have a strict no drug use policy. This is just the law and not so much one of our rules.
